Ashley Powell
Ashley joined Imagination Publishing as a Social Media Manager in July 2010.
Before becoming a part of the Imagination team, Ashley attended the University of Kansas, earning a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a minor in Communication Studies. After graduating, Ashley moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a social media intern and also fell back into PR interning at an agency. After a year in LA, she realized it was time to settle back where she loved – the Midwest. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota she had always known when she moved to Chicago it was for the long haul.
Ashley enjoys everything outdoors – hiking, biking, snowboarding and rollerblading (yes, even rollerblading). She daydreams of traveling the world and will never turn down a good adventure, even if it means getting lost on public transit while trying to learn her way in this new city.
