Interaction First, Then Build Your Platform

Spleak, which got its start as an instant message chat bot, then graduated to allow users to rate and share content has just moved to offer up their content as a platform to share across publishers’ sites. What’s missing from these studies is subject matter relevance. I trust the top 150 bloggers in some areas, and not others, just like I trust my parents to mail me my birth certificate, but not to recommend a new digital music player.
