Cabinetry manufacturer Waypoint Living Spaces needed a tool to help build its brand among the kitchen and bath dealer community via helpful content and insight on special design projects. Kitchen & Bath Industry Insights, a quarterly business-to-business publication, would be the tool to not only build the Waypoint brand, but also provide inspiration and value to kitchen and bath dealers and their employees.
K&B Industry Insights is distributed to Waypoint’s network of authorized kitchen and bath dealers across the United States. These dealers are typically small individually owned businesses that sell kitchen, bathroom and other living spaces projects to homeowners. They may provide the entire package from design to product to installation, or only part of the project.
At Waypoint’s first annual dealer council meeting in October 2010, K&B Industry Insights received rave reviews from the dealers in attendance. They especially appreciated the photos of rooms featuring Waypoint cabinetry, project case studies, and tips and ideas for improving their businesses.
